Zomyy respects intellectual property rights and expects users and creators to do the same.

1. Copyright Rule
Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
Do not upload:
- Stolen creator content
- Copyrighted music without permission
- TV, movie, or streaming clips without permission
- Restaurant or brand promotional videos without permission
- Photos taken from the internet without permission
- Other people’s social media videos without permission
- Content copied from another creator
- Logos, trademarks, or brand materials used in a misleading way
2. Copyright Complaint
If you believe content on Zomyy infringes your copyright, contact support@zomyyy.com with the subject line:
Copyright Complaint
Please include:
- Your full legal name
- Your company name, if applicable
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if available
- A description of the copyrighted work
- A link or clear description of the Zomyy content you believe infringes your rights
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete complaints may delay review.
3. What We May Do
After receiving a copyright complaint, Zomyy may:
- Remove or restrict the content
- Notify the user or creator
- Request more information
- Disable access to content
- Restrict monetization
- Suspend repeat infringers
- Preserve records needed for legal compliance
4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, contact support@zomyyy.com with the subject line:
Copyright Counter-Notice
Please include:
- Your full legal name
- Your email address
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your counter-notice is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
Zomyy may restore content if permitted by law and platform policy.
5. Repeat Infringers
Zomyy may suspend or terminate users or creators who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload content they do not own or have permission to use.
6. Misuse of Copyright Complaints
Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive copyright complaints.
False claims may result in account restrictions and may expose you to legal liability.
